Personal data we process
When you fill in the contact or proposal forms on our site, we receive your name and surname, business e-mail address, phone number, company name and whatever you share in your message.
When you write to us by e-mail or call us, the contact details you share and the content of the correspondence are recorded.
Technical records are created when you visit the site. These include your IP address, browser and device information, the source you arrived from, the pages you visited and how long you stayed.
When you register for an event, a newsletter or a piece of content, your name and e-mail address are processed.

Cookies and measurement
Our site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work. These include the cookie that stores your language preference and cache cookies that make pages load faster.
Our site also runs Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. This tool measures the number of visitors, which pages are viewed and which sources the traffic comes from.
There is currently no cookie consent banner on the site. If you do not want measurement cookies, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Your data is shared only with the suppliers whose services we use and with public authorities legally entitled to receive it, and only to the extent required.
Because we use Google Analytics to measure the site, your technical data may be processed by Google on servers outside Türkiye. A similar transfer may apply to Brevo, the service we use to send e-mail.

Retention period
We keep your personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was processed for and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation. At the end of those periods your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
- To request that incomplete or incorrectly processed data be corrected
- To request deletion or destruction of the data within the conditions set out in the Law
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data solely by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage because the data was processed unlawfully
